I will soon be launching my new book “Effective Corporate Governance – Leading and managing 21st Century Organisations”.
Written to enhance the skills of those whose duty it is to run organisations and companies in what is likely to be a turbulent socio-economic environment of the coming decades. It strongly makes the case for the need to formulate and implement proper corporate governance regimes in order to guarantee successful operation and how this can be done.
