Dr Pikay Richardson is a seasoned international world-class management development educator, consultant, and business school professor.  He holds degrees in Engineering, Business Economics and Business Administration from the Victoria University of Manchester.  He has held full-time faculty positions at the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK, and the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ, USA. He has also held Visiting Academic positions in India, China, Botswana and Ghana.
